"Raad is absolutely awesome! I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone! Such a kind caring genuine person! My previous realtor had my house on the market for over 6 months, was not the best I felt like they weren’t putting in any effort to sell my house, And I needed to sell ASAP bc I now live in Indiana. Once I got Raad as my realtor, it was easy sailing and the house was sold within 3 weeks!!! He was so informative kept me in the loop of every viewing any offers etc. I just wish I could use Raad in Indiana to find my next property! "If you are looking for a house to call home, I would recommend no one other than Raad to get the job done. As a first time home buyer, I’ve experienced nothing but support from him and his team. He has defiantly helped me find the best home for me and my 2 children, and I greatly appreciate all of his help. He is very motivated, determined, knowledgeable, and always keep his customers in mind. Communication is never an issue because he’s always reaching out and keeps his clients updated. "Raad Shubaily is truly the best realtor any one could ever want. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I have been working with him since 2020. And this was our 3rd home together. This house hunt was quite an adventure this time. Even when we wanted to give up in this market, after we kept getting out bid, he kept our spirits up. Went above and beyond like always. Even came out on a day off to show us a house. We will be forever loyal. And tell everyone one i know what a great experience we have every time we work with him. Hopefully next year things won't be as crazy and we can get our first investment property. Thank you again so much. I could not imagine going through this with anyone else."
