About Raad Shubaily

Raad's real estate career started in 2016 while living in Nashville, Tennessee, where the city has been going through massive changes. After some time spent in that area, he decided to come back to his hometown of Columbus to be closer to friends and family. Here, he has spent time renovating investment properties of his own, as well as helping buyers and sellers make the move of their dreams! In 2019, The Kramer Homes Group was officially formed with Raad Shubaily and Debi Akers as the team leaders. By the end of 2020, they were in the top 10% of Red 1 Agents, the largest single office in the central Ohio area. The Kramer Homes Group at Red 1 Realty is now a team of 4 agents, always prepared to help with buyers and sellers at any time. In 2021, Raad & Debi entered the top 5% of Red 1 agents. As of 2025, the team has sold over 250 properties and continues investing in themselves and in real estate. Outside of real estate, Raad is a lifelong music fanatic and record collector, collecting Soul, Hip-Hop, World music and Jazz records. You may even see him out at a concert around the Columbus area, taking in some live music, or at the annual Columbus Arts Festival where he volunteers his time as a music selection committee member and stage manager. Raad calls the south side of Columbus home, where he lives with his wife Nikki and Pomeranian puppy, Buffy.
